Testimonials:
(
We try hard at Ozefridge to provide good service so these comments are always
appreciated.... )
Bruce Sagnol. (Rockhampton
Qld.); I would like to thank you for your outstanding after sales
support. The part arrived the next day as promised and the fridge is working
again. Its refreshing to deal with people who show a genuine interest in their
product and customers and take a no B.S. approach to warranty claims.
Dr. Neil
NZ: Just thought I'd drop you a line to let you know the fridge is working
very well - beers are finally cold!!!
Merv Stephensen:
Qld: The Ozefridge has arrived safely, thanks. I am thrilled with its
innovation and its attention to detail.
Ken Pugh (USA. visitor to Aust)
"Your
service is outstanding!!! Thank you and I'll get back to you after I have a
better handle on the more difficult stuff."
Peter Wederell NZ:
"Thanks,
You guys are amazing for customer service and have a great product, will
recommend to others. Cheers"
John Boyce. (Sydney):
I am thrilled
with the way all our food is kept chilled & my wife, the "Lady Admiral' who
bosses this lowly ships captain around a lot thinks your product is great !
Geoff Ingram Qld:
"I
purchased a fridge from you earlier this year and everything is going great
however the instruction manual unfortunately got damaged and I would like to
order another."
Ray Pickles NZ: Thanks for
your help recently in sending and then helping me to get my hands on the parts
needed for my fridge.
Sam Ross, Northern WA: "Thanks
for sending the fridge system, arrived in one piece, took a bit to get the
eutectic mix right but its working very well in the 30degrees + up here. I’m
using a 150 ltr cabinet and partitioned it of half way with a small gap at the
back, I’m running the cut out on -25c".
Bob E
from Buddina, Qld, Emailed: "The fridge
works well and am happy with the unit supplied – the quality of the fridge and
tank is very good".
Michael “Dorothy LaVinia” Sydney: "Hi
Peter, Thanks again for your assistance. I left the unit running overnight on
12 volts and checked it this morning. It is going gangbusters with a freezer
temperature of -13 and the condensing unit case is barely warm. We left a
plastic cup of water in the bottom of the freezer cabinet and, as you would
expect, it was frozen solid this morning. This wouldn’t have happened with the
previous unit. It runs quietly too compared with the old one. I really
appreciate the way you have always been available to help me with advice.
There are not many suppliers who care about their customers as much as you
obviously do and I’ll certainly be recommending you to any of my boating
friends who are looking at refrigeration."
John and
Wendy from NZ wrote: "Have installed the unit
and am very pleased with it! Excellent and easy to install."
Gary from
Adelaide wrote: "Really good to have your help. Now we have a fridge that
works without killing our batteries".
Brian Milton. Sydney, Emailed:
"It
is very difficult to get this type of service these days. I will have no
trouble recommending and praising
OzeFridge
to my friends in the boating
community. Well done and thanks again for your assistance".

from Tassie wrote:
"Arrived Friday afternoon, thank you. Is industrially beautiful and hope it
works as good as it looks!"
Arthur R from
Navini Island (South Pacific) Emailed: :"The three frig/freezer units
continue to operate very well thank you; these are certainly one of the best
pieces of equipment I have installed on the boat, and meet our requirements
very well".
Mike T,
Buderim, Emailed: "Works just the way you
said it would. Nice to have your support and someone to help us through the
project"
Rick Gleason,
Mystic USA, Emailed: "The DHL delivery arrived yesterday with the box
quite intact with no visible damage. I opened it up and looked at the
refrigeration and was very impressed.."
Ruth Cunningham
wrote in her magazine: "we've since confirmed that the freezer cabinet
will hold down temperatures between minus 18-20 degrees centigrade in ambient
temperatures of up to 35degrees Celsius, with a maximum 24 hour draw of
between 40- 45 amps! This is a fantastic result, justifying our investment in
such high quality refrigeration.."
(Ruth was so happy
with the performance of the Ozefridge Eutectic Freezer system that she also
replaced their 12 volt refrigerator with an Ozefridge Eutectic unit. Now two
Ozefridge systems provide the refrigeration on their boat.)
This
time Ruth wrote in her magazine:
"Once again we are delighted with the result,
with the refrigerator only using between 30 - 35 amps a day (unreal!) to
sustain 2 - 3 degrees of cold. As well, it provides a very useful back-up in
that this can be converted into a genuine freezer cabinet simply by resetting
the controls on the condenser."
(Read the
full story of the Ozefridge systems fitted to their project boat, Salty 27, in
the latest edition of
'Plate Alloy' book
Four,
available now and well worth reading.)
