System Details

Right:

The C350 (or C380) refrigeration unit is the heart of the Ozefridge system, housing the compressor, condensers, electronics, fan, control system and external couplings etc.

Two models:

The C350 has a Danfoss BD50 compressor and suits most applications while the C380 uses the larger Danfoss BD80 to suit even larger cabinets, combination fridge / freezers and commercial applications.

Both C350 and C380 are externally identical with all connections and couplings on the right side.

All C350 & C380 units are equipped to operate as air cooled or water & air-cooled systems.

Installation is made easy with external couplings for refrigeration pipes, power supply, controller plugs and water supply (if used). (Manual supplied).

This equipment is manufactured to the highest standards with first class build quality and performance an absolute priority.

Model C350 units operate from any DC voltage between 11 & 30 and from any 110 - 250 AC voltage (Automatic priority to the higher voltage available.

Model C380 units (using the BD80) operate from any DC voltage between 11 & 30. (Model C380 must use the water cooling option)

Overall C350 and C380 units are both 290 wide x 240 deep x 195 high. Allow an additional 50mm minimum at the rear and above for air movement while extra space is also needed at the coupling area. ..

All Ozefridge units are controlled by the exclusive 'Sure-Thaw' management system.

The 'Sure-Thaw' controller with LED display, has programmable settings, easily adjusted and with automatic memory.

A speed selection switch allows the choice of 'Normal' where the compressor speed varies automatically while the 'Plus 40%' position operates the system at maximum. A second switch on the front panel is for operating as 'Air Cooled' or 'Plus water'. This allows the water pump to be switched off during colder months to prevent over condensing.

Another remote switch is supplied that can plug into the C350 (C380) to allow the user to over-ride the controller and run the system manually.

The stainless steel cabinet has rubber feet and twin hold down screw holes rubber bushed.

The 10mm water nipples from the condenser match the nipples on the optional P3 water pump. If required, adding the benefit of water cooling the condenser is simply a matter of connecting the pump and connecting to the wiring supplied. All systems are factory pre-equipped ready for the addition of water cooling if required, without the need for costly upgrading.

The eutectic principle is the key to economical refrigeration.

Eutectic tank model T32-26 is 320mm x 290 x 75 over-all.

Eutectic tank model T45-30 is 450mm x 330 x 105 over-all.

Eutectic tank model T50-40 is 500mm x 375 x 40 over-all.

Models T45-30 and T50-40 can be supplied for either 'Portrait' or 'Landscape' mounting.

Twin eutectic tank systems, as in System Package four, can be a pair of any model tanks.

Ozefridge eutectic tanks are bolted to the mounting back plate with stainless steel bolts and nuts using a flexible sealant. Unlike welded tanks, this process eliminates leakage caused by expansion cracks.

Each tank has a brass filler cap.

The two refrigeration pipes travel together inside a insulated rubber hose along with the digital temperature probe and a spare twin wire for any future addition such as a cabinet light or circulation fan.

Each eutectic tank has mounting holes prepared ready for mounting. The mounting is always on the longer sides therefore a 'Portrait' tank would have its mounting vertically on each side. Pipe are always fixed at the top of the tank regardless of orientation.
